Hi Carolyn, How are you doing? The tax break would be very nice, but I don't think the tax break alone would make all the difference... also, the Democrats are the big winners when "the people" are suffering, it only helps to justify their giveaway programs of your and my tax money..... I think that poster is a bit too pessimistic, I think we're already in a recession and by the end of the 3rd quarter and the beginning of the 4th quarter we'll have a decent economic recovery... we have to remember that these markets were the first ones standing at the exit door 9-12 months ago when no one even thought about a recession... I believe the economic downturn will be over and recover by the beginning of the 4th quarter of this year and by then, again, these markets will already have the recovery priced back into itself... this means that these markets are in a basing phase right now and should be turning up at any time, well before the recovery is even apparent... I think anyone selling out now is very unwise, now is the time to accumulate..... I'm now 60% invested and I plan to be buying any serious sell off, and I don't expect too many more of these sell offs..... GZ
