There are a bazillion different groups working on stuff like this, and the names I mention shouldn't be considered as deriving from insight......

Picture getting Lichtarge et al. together with scientists from TELK and VGNX. They're all thinking the same way..... what does sequence variation tell you about structure and key binding sites? Throw them into a think tank with a bunch of computer jockeys.
