Took my focus off the most common and most important denominator, unfortunately; that being key "management" was the same for both entities. Seems bizarre but I washed virtually all of my substantial (to me, anyway) capital gains for 2000 away with my single Lor loss. Maybe the saying should be changed to, "Stick with Bernie & Co. and you'll never pay capital gains taxes again." I am thoroughly disappointed in the BOD and their apparent failure to act in the best interest of shareholders in exchange for their generous remuneration. What a crock of lukewarm, rancid h0rsesh!t this debacle has been. .....VVVVVVVVV
