Rumors of the World Bank being called upon to reorganize California as an independent nation state. One of the stumbling blocks seems to be a reluctance to accept the terms and conditions of the bailout which includes: Fisrt downsizing the interstate highway system in favor of a public transportation system and Second, diverting millions of gallons of water from quarter acre lawn sprinklers back into the Hoover Dam resevoir... stay tuned.
