Wow, I never heard of such a thing. What does it mean that you get your shares back at 9 cents? Do you pay for them again, or can you only sell them to Scriptel for 9 cents, no matter what the market value is? I guess I don't own enough shares to warrant this phone call. Thanks, Pat
