Hola Dalin: Sounds like you're having a fantastic vacation...

Enjoy life and ignore the market =)

I have great memories of Mexico --> the last time I visited was when I was a few years out of college...I went on a New Years fishing trip out of Cabo San Lucas with one of my best friends and his family...We were on a 110' fishing yacht and spent over 12 hours/day at sea fishing for Dorado (Mahi Mahi) and Marlin....Lots free time to recharge and snorkel too...Its a beautiful part of the world.

Today I'm roughing it up here in Chicago <G>...We have unusually warm weather for early April --> sunny, windy and up in the 70s...I was just out with some friends on a long walk by Lake Michigan....afterwards we decided to go to a Spanish Restaurant and get some Tapas...Lots of folks out dining and shopping today -- it sure doesn't seem like the market sell-off has motivated too many Midwesterners to stop too much of their spending....Yet, my gut feeling is that the bigger ticket items (like big trips, new homes, new cars, new computers etc..) will continue to experience some drop-offs in demand...It all depends on the Consumer's Confidence in the future...Yet, for our favorite tech stocks a lot depends on the Enterprise 2000 Purchasing Managers --> when will they step up to the plate and buy in a big way again..? Inquiring minds want to know...=)

Once again, enjoy every day of your trip -- and take lots of pictures.

Best Regards,

Scott
