Dumbo - Like all the other things you post, this is wrong also. If you were such a good "forensic" invstigator you would know that the yahoo address is in fact real. Of course you will not try the HRCT email address or phone number for him either. He has had the yahoo email address from long before HRCT had a website. The email sent to you was not fraudulent. You are so far out that you can't tell fraud from apples. You can't weasel out from this by attempting to cloud the issue with an arguement over the email address. You know how to contact him and are simply trying to duck the issue. I can't really fault you for that though... attorneys are expensive and if you couldn't afford the cash last time you probably don't want to have to scrounge around for the cash for another one.
