I think that lots of those shorted on Tuesday and Wednesday, and then chickened out on Thursday. It's really nice to see a spectacular rally like this (nothng compared to that NAZ 500 point rally last May), but I would rather see the index works its way back, rather through some silly gap ups. In most cases, these gaps get filled very quickly.
