Brandon, just to save you some time, I pulled the pro forma earnings recently. The sum of pro forma earnings for the trailing 4 quarters was $1.07, which is a p/e of 41.7 based on Friday's closing price of 44 5/8. The consensus for FY2001, which ends on 9/30/01, is $1.26, a forward p/e of 35.4. As far as ta is concerned, there are many differing opinions.
