The graph shows a nearly straight line from April 1996, through October, 2000 (with a glitch down in late 1998, and a glitch up in late 1999.)

Since the election, the NAZ has plunged 50%. It was largely manipulated down by GWB to sell his tax cut, and to set the stage for the ensuing scam which we will see over the next 12-18 months.
