| Scum, What you refuse to acknowledge, are the complaints from unit commanders for, at least, two years, that because Clinton chose to decimate our military, handicapping it from peak performance against out Communists, and terrorist, foes, his buddies, the lack of replacement parts, and the exodus of experienced pilots because of low pay for immeasurable risks, are the deciding factors in the incidents you are trying to blame Bush for.
