The correction regarding the 144 that appeared on the Bloomberg system has been corrected this morning. It has been corrected to reflect sale of 3,900 instead of the originally reported 110,000. Par explained to me that he had no idea that this transaction was even taking place at the time. It was a result of a margin call that was generated in his account from a decline in the price of another security the week he was in Asia and the sale was forced without his consent or knowledge. This correction should clear up some of the confusion out there.
