Do you know the details of the foundation? My point is that you can give it all away without forming a foundation? So why jump through the hoops? Why Carl? Why do you insist on seeing the worst in this situation when you could just as easily see the best? Someone is giving away an astonishing amount of money. He could have blown it on hookers and booze but he gave it away to a very worthwhile cause. I see this as good. Too bad you can't do the same. EP
