AH: Sorry about the delay...but I still haven't had the chance to do much DD for you.

1. I believe Credence Systems is one direct competitor.

2. I believe earnings are due out in July.

3. I have no association anxiety.

4. <How high?> Each time I check an updated S&P report for TER the 'fair value' price goes up. It is currently 45 1/8.

SI provides a wealth of info, some likely to be pertinent to your questions: try 'groups' at the bottom of the page, click on 'Computers', 'Semis', then 'equipment/materials'. This is the population of companies TER bears most similarity, according to SI.
