I don't believe Teledesic is a public company? I have extreme skepticism about their potential too, as DISH's new StarBand product was originally expected to perform similarly (30 Mbps speeds), yet it's now available and it's only doing 500kbps max download speeds according to DISH (though I've read actual speeds right now can be as high as 2 Mbps). So I'm still in the camp believing we should not even think about buying JDSU, RBAK, EXTR, etc. We just aren't going to see the 100%+ growth rates we had during the fanatical build-out, and regardless the stock prices are still overblown. Before I touch those stocks, we need to see a very fast last mile solution ready to be deployed in mass... i.e. fiber directly to the home. Hopefully we'll get that, but in the meantime I'm buying semi stocks like LTXX, LRCX, KLAC, SI, etc., and making plays such as GE's earnings and likely Fed cut next week, via option Calls. Speaking of fed cuts: federalreserve.gov

Glad I bought those GE 42.5's Friday.
