Thanks for the analysis. I would agree that one should always be prudent. I'm not surprised GE chart is showing weakness with the bear market we've had.

I would respectfully disagree with your call on SEBL:

I'm in that business and know what a powerhouse SEBL is as a company. When thinks look good again for the market I think SEBL is going to go much higher.
