In the weeks ahead I continue to think banks are in for a rocky road. Several are coming out with earnings on 4/11. Should be interesting to watch. Even if the earnings are met, I think the current business cycle will play negatively on the banks for a couple more quarters. The weakest (on a technical basis alone -- using more than stochastics, macd, or price patterns) of the group that I looked at are:

finance.yahoo.com

I also continue to believe the retail industry is going to fall lower, but that sector is more pick and choose for losers. I'm keeping an eye on COH still, but it had a positive crossover a bit ago and hasn't yet turned negative, but may this coming week. Right now, RL is looking weak.
