I was a stockbroker for fifteen years and know investors. Trust me, they will tire and many will sell.

<One person who has all the names (CSCO, LU, AT&T, HD, NOK, IBM, etc.) and of course has been killed told me it was to late to sell.>

Oh? How long will he wait for a recovery? These kind of people will sell some quiet morning as an afterthought and with no particular fanfare. His broker will be watching the paint dry on the wall when it happens. Volume will dry up to a third to half of what it is right now. It will be DULL. That's what has been going on in gold stocks for the last few years. People just get tired of opening their statements and seeing these names month after month. And they get tired of two point rallies without any follow through. Sound familar? Gold. Finally the last guy who wants to sell, sells and the bear market's over. Everybody is looking for capitulation. How about a whimper three years from now?
