Listen, we all know its the economy stupid. The costs of Kyoto and the other envirowhacko agenda items would only make a sputtering economy slow further. We know that the American people are willing to endure perjury, obstruction, subornation of perjury and rampant abuse of the office of the Presidency as long as they are fat and happy. What's a little pollution, very little as a matter of fact. W. is just giving the great unwashed masses what they want. It worked for Clinto the Magnificent and it will work for W. too. Midterms are usually always poor for the party with the Prez in power. Change is good. Too many incumbents as it is.
