Yeah, we are vulnerable! What stupid big but rich company would not pay a sizeable premium <g>, say $30/sh. to buy CREE's patent portfolio and revenue stream? Scares me to death. I believe North Carolina has some pretty stringent anti-takeover legislation (think I read this on the yahoo thread in a reply from Fran Barsky on the same question), but what we really don't want to see is CREE management flirting at all with acquisition. Can't see it.
