Bush isn't stupid, but he lacks Clinton's "quick study" ability so in comparison he is quite an obvious downgrade. Bush also lacks the command and presence that Clinton emitted with his charisma. I can't help but feel a lack of confidence in Bush. Who was it that described Bush as America,Inc.? Where in heck is the CEO? IT's probably Cheney, but we all knew that didn't we?
