NO Surplus

Explain that to Bush and all the Republicans who have been touting the surplus as their justification for the tax cut. "Overcharging" is the word Bush used.

You Bushwackers want to have it both ways, but I'm calling you on your BS. You can't claim credit for the surplus when convenient, and then deny it's existence for the sake of other arguments.
