Because if we expelled them our R&D laboratories would be more than half empty.....universities would suffer a severe shortage of research and teaching assistants in their grad schools......surely you've noticed the number of Asians in our hi-tech industries....and most important check out the ethnicities of graduating Ph. D's. Why not fill those vacancies with home grown students you say?.....excellent question, see if you can find an answer...
