Gottfried, Check the below Bull Percentages. All the leading indicators have gone South earlier in the week. However, the NYSE had reversed up Thursday. However, what happened on Friday, we do not know as of yet. Note the number of DW sectors below the 50% range and the increase of stocks below the 30%, oversold area. Only a few are in the overbought area, 70%+. Looking back to '87 and '97/98 we saw almost all the sectors in the 10% and 20% area. Will this happen again, we will see. Will AMAT fall to the $20's, what are your thoughts. the BTB and Orders do not look good. John L. says things do not look good for amat. He stated that he would buy if it goes into the high 20's.
