Redneck, it sure does mean that there is a meeting under "expedited procedures" to discuss the matter of: "2. Review and determination by the Board of Governors of the rates of discount to be charged by Federal Reserve Banks." Whether this qualifies to be called an emergency meeting I do not know. Nevertheless, you were way ahead of everyone else in spotting this important bit of information. Congratulations and thanks for letting us know. This may be the impetus for a sharp rally tomorrow. Hopefully, if it does happen, it will be longer lived than last week's 'rally'. Sy
