Officially, the person who enters the first wag of the day is "in-charge". Cut off is supposed to be around noon EDT. But we aren't real passionate about being a stickler on that one. I think that 2:00pm EDT should be the absolute cutoff. But that is just my opinion. I would say that WAGs can be changed within the 15 minute edit window, but I am willing to go with the majority if they say "no changes".
