Jerome, Thanks very much for your inputs on FLEX and those other stocks.

Off Topic Mostly:
FWIW, Corning is recommended in the latest Forbes I think (or is it another magazine?).

Lets hope China comes to its senses and frees our crew members, Alan G. cuts rates (and hope the pundits stop trying to second guess him, which may prevent Fed rate cuts), and things start to turn, a sign of earnings stability would help also. If and when this "Perfect Storm" ends, the wind should be at our backs, with all the cash on the sidelines, plus the effect of Fed rate cuts. Maybe also George B. will eventually win some friends around the world and the whole big picture will get better. I know this is wishful thinking, but somebody needs to be positive every now and then.

By the way, one thing that could help Flex is the end of the inventory problem. In telecom land, there is a good argument in the latest Barrons that it will end sooner than we think due to the hyper growth rate of the internet (traffic doubling every 6 months I think, do I have that right? - that's amazing).

Regards,

John
