The question should have been "Who is the chairman?".
The answer to your question is the question above.

Jensen worked for Steffensen and kept the business going with the least liquid assets. May still be working for him, but can he sell businesses?

MSEL has to package another sale for future financial planning. It could be the Canadian business. Then hopefully, the Virginia operation will be ready for sale also, when internet operation for "brick and mortar" comes back in a big way(3-5 years from now). After 3G convergence technology(wireless) comes on stream.

David Sadler then will come back and do the asset liquidation again. He did alright with Arrow, maybe Avnet is ready to bid against Arrow for Canadians, now.

Sad but true. Steffensen may have found himself a management(David Sadler) skill; buying and selling businesses.
