Pete, Sorry you can't keep up with the conversation, and have no home life. Don't start a war to alleviate your boredom. Besides, interaction through posting is not like human interaction. A telecommuter gives up a lot of very valuable synergies when a group is actually in the same room. Technology has yet to make telecommuting anywhere near like being there. And I have many experiences in life to prove that a group together for real can out do a group together via modem (or broadband). It is amazing how productivity improves going from the later to the former. At least then, it is easier to stay on topic and keep others from going astray. Scumbria
