Isn't that sad about the china? I have my mother's and I use it about once a year. And sterling. Agh. Why do people want stuff that turns black and has to be cleaned when it never gets used? I inherited all that and can't wait to give it to my daughters-in-law- I'll box it up and pretend it's a really big deal, and then I'll laugh all the way home. I noticed last week that we had about five glasses total, including a Ball jar from a bar somewhere, two Coke glasses, and two small jelly glasses with ducks on them. So I bought some very cute plastic ones from Target and I am so thrilled to have a matching set. They should look just lovely with the china.
