Manic Monday...re doux

Nasdaq performance 1971-1989 before the "new era"<g>

Mondays were historically the worst performance days, closing higher than the previous session only 40.9% of the time on average, tuesdays not as bad... thursdays and fridays were the best days closing higher about 65% of the time during the period of mostly disappointing markets and the 87 crash.

Also, 6 out of the last 8 Years the market has closed up before the Good Friday Holiday
