yes, that's an interesting aspect...the Yakuza is certainly involved in japan's financial world, no doubt about it. in the '80's, they used to blackmail cos. with threats of playing havoc with their shareholder meetings....as a consequence, Japanese shareholder meetings all tend to be scheduled on the same one or two days...that way they can't disrupt everybody's meeting.
