FWIW, I have started to rebuild my TXCC position. Just getting my foot in the door at this stage. I fully realize that I'm probably 3-6mos early but that's the way I generally operate. With one eye on the far horizon, I think that the risk reward equation is starting to tilt in favor of taking risk here.

A retest of the recent lows looks to be in the cards here. We'll see what they say at earnings time.
