Correct me if I am wrong. But did not Bramson in an earlier filing aquirer the right to sell any and all of his AXC shares. It seems that at the time we all assumed that this was a formality. Based on sales in May, By the time he must report in July he could sale another 300000-500000 shares. I believe that it is not the amount of shares sold but the timing of the sales that are important. Also Bramson is a very wealthy man a couple hundred thousand is pocket change to him.
