I spent this morning - yes, this very first morning of NASDAQ decimal trading - on the floor of a large market making firm, with the traders, watching and listening to the whole deal.

There was a little confusion, but their general consensus by the time I left (about an hour and a half ago) was the same: it's not that bad.
