PERHAPS??????? Perhaps my aching butt!!!! I will never understand how our legal system, regardless of the party affiliation involved, has come to the conclusion that the perpetrator of a crime should be given more protection, and more rights, than the victim that suffers at his hands. I wonder it the bleeding heart liberals will demonstrate to be sure that he does not get the death penalty. Oh no, don't execute him. Give him a few years in the luxurious prisons we have with big screen TVs, work-out rooms, easy access to computers so they can file bogus appeals and flood the judicial docket, etc., and then let him out so he can murder again. When that starts making sense to me, just shoot me. My mind is gone.
