"Secondly, he cut the program promoting energy conservation which is the very thing that is needed in CA. Where is the logic?" Come on, you can do better than that. If you decrease the awareness of conservation then there are grounds for federally mandated drilling in ANWR and off the California coast. Heck, he might even be able to declare a state of emergency so that any court challenges could be "streamlined" and "barriers removed" by presidential decree. And you call him stupid. Can you say "Martial Law"? I thought you could...
