Scumbria, RE: Given that CSCO is down 80%, I'm having a hard time seeing that there can be much more downside.

The correlation of a stock's future return with its historical decline versus its high is zero.

Lucent was $16 when it was down 80% from its high. That didn't prevent it from then declining another 60%.
