among the halter tops and sleeveless blouses, let some sunshine in and perhaps a little breeze bottom shmottom some massive forces are at work as we speak the best description I have heard is that "the economy and spending is on a knife's edge" with spring we might see some optimism emerge like flowers Americans are by nature optimists if a firm clear bottom shows itself, it wont happen fast it will take time and its formation will require some intermediate stages personally I believe the bottom will happen by August then retest confirmed by October who is "we", whiteman? do you mean "you and I" are forever out of phase? or "investors and market" ? / jw
