< SIII looks lower on the open....Is it because DIMD is warning about earnings? How does this affect SIII ? > Yes, due to DIMD. DIMD was S3's biggest customer in 1996, about 15% of net sales. Same thing happened last quarter when DIMD pre-announced. Looks like S3 has recovered to around 12. Dave
