Tim, he was making an analogy to an oil tanker, not a warship

I know, but perhaps I didn't make that clear. I was extending the analogy to the warship. I was stateing that it wouldn't have made any difference if it was a warship (except the practical difference that the warship could defend itself). A warship or a tanker, or a survailence/recon plane, all of them have a right to be there. It isn't Chinese territory.
