Hi Ron:
Voatility Bands: I have Bollinger's, I would assume they serve the same purpose.
MA: That is your basic moving average, you can set to different periods, depending on your preference, mine is set at 20, but I haven't really played around with it.
OBV: I don't have variable smoothing, but I wouldn't mind knowing it's function.

The OBV is the indicator I tend to rely on the most. This is the measurement of supply and demand, it indicates whether a stock is being bought or sold. Bullish stocks are ones with rising OBV. Any stock whose OBV is trending down would indicate the stock is being sold off. The most bullish are the ones where the price is not trending up and appears not to be doing much of anything, while the OBV is trending up and making new highs. This is a good indication that the stock is under accumulation and your price will eventually follow.

Westfort WT-T: If you look at WT's trading activity between March and beginning of May, the price was trading between .24 and .33, the OBV for the same period was trending up and consistently making new highs.
That is accumulation and the price did eventually follow.
Westfort continues to be bought but work in not scheduled to begin until the end of June, yet the buying started in March. USUALLY accumulation that strong precedes a sustained rise in price.
Why all the buying, I don't know, but it certainly looks good.
