Apparently (heard today somewhere) that the Fed discount rate thing is a standard line item, and does not necesarily indicate anything... (Hope I'm not wrong or my shorts like get blown out of water- if I bail after any announcement).. BTW- I think they'd be foolish to risk the impotency that could follow....
