New pricing structure revealed. In all the hoopola, these two points stand out, and are downplayed in the hype. They are jacking up the data fees to $199 from $99 for accounts that are not active traders. They reduced the 5 minute windows for filling under one execution fee, to two minutes. On the plus side, they are to include Dow Jones News as part of the package, lower the base commission to 14.95, and other items.
