My question is why did AG have to raise rates so high in the first place. I will say this if Clinton wasn't going out, He wouldn't of allowed it!

Real rates were way to high for these telecom companies. I think if rates come down another 50 to 100 basis points it'll give the telecom companies a chance to restructure some of there debt at lower rates, that'll help. And sure your going to have over capicity when the economy shut down as fast as it did. I think most of companies were blind-sided by this slow down. Myself i was shock too, never seen anything like this at 43 yrs. of age. Yes Economic growth will come back, but it'll probably be slow process this time.
