I think there is a bigger ascend fall to come. This is the first downgrade on any of the concerns, the current quarter earnings may be in doubt and they may not get a pass for channel manipulations as they did last quarter. I think the liability issue is the least of their short-term problems. I think with Cascade they can make a great company, so if the stock gets to $20 then buy it. Greg
