Haim: This April rally looks more like a Bull trap. Historically bear markets do not make a "V" recovery. S&P has fact sheets show historical bottoming either as as a D.B or H&S as follows: a:74: 12 weeks; 82: 20weeks; 91: 20 weeks; 98: 5 weeks. Estimates are that , we should see the Bottom towards the end of summer. The current rally is good for traders who are very nimble with their stops . Communication Eqpt Companies are facing a shrinking pie ($25b/yr contracted to $7b/yr). Despite this and the abundance of dark fibre, Analysts continue to tout this sector. I see no justification. Instead, the Comm. service group offers far better reward . In additon they control the purse strings for the Eqpt Cos.
