What you are describing sounds an awful lot like a type of "Microsoft Certified" program which has been given praise by US capitalists.

If Nokia is able to use its manufacturing and marketing clout to bring handset makers into line then I will be happy with my Nokia investment.

Since I do not believe that Nokia continuously sells defective products then the point is moot. Their will be bugs to work out, and discussion of them is warranted, but in the end I believe Nokia will continue to perform better than the competition.
