Observations - - Why does this forum always have a surge of posters when the Nasdaq is up more than 5% in a day? I recall last Thursday that I had about 80 posts to wade through here.. (that is when I read them after Friday's closing) - Its critical for that ^VIX to remain above 30! The higher that the ^VIX is, the more 'credibility' I think this rally will have.. - I'm not usually in the business of financial advice, but if your portfolio didn't rise during last Thursday or today's rally.. something is wrong with your portfolio, and it should be looked at. Personally, I have a high-beta portfolio, so that didn't happen.. but I could just as easily look around on my watchlists and say "if I owned this, this, this, and that", things would be different..
