Placing order to buy Compass Bancshares (CBSS).. this financial company deals primarily in the southern united states.. and has done a good job of deriving income for their shareholders.

Also, at a 4.2% dividend yield, this company will be providing a better return than the 30-year treasury bond quite soon..

Financials stand to gain when Greenspan cuts rates. Expectations of growth are small, but steadily increasing. This sounds reasonable for a company trading at a P/E of roughly 11, forward P/E 10.

Place order to buy 45 shares at 22 dollars a piece. Order expires April 17th.
